Live Rich Costa Rica from the onset was determined to become an integral part of the environmental preservation of nature in Costa Rica. To meet this goal, all our plans for land development had to strictly comply with government regulations to maintain the beautiful ecosystem and natural environment of the country in pristine shape.
A percentage of each property sale goes towards environmental projects. Our company is instrumental in the building of an infrastructure such as roads.
